Jeff Dickerson, President and CEO
Jeff is responsible for overall company leadership, strategic direction, and financial performance. He brings more than 20 years of executive experience in the technology sector and a proven track record building companies in emerging markets to the Sonian leadership team. Most recently Jeff was the CEO of Metatomix, a provider of semantic based applications acquired by Versata, Inc. In 2004, he orchestrated a notable turnaround at eCredit, Inc, a provider of credit risk management and collections software, which was acquired by Fidelity Ventures in late 2006. He was previously the senior vice president of worldwide sales and services at MCK Communications, where he expanded revenue from $2 million in 1997 to $50 million in 2001, setting the foundation for a successful public offering in 1999. He was a vice president sales at Vmark Software, and held management positions at Prime Computer and Parametric Technologies.
Jeff graduated from North Adams State College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Economics.
An avid bicyclist, Jeff participates in the Annual Pan Mass Challenge, the nation’s original fundraising bike-a-thon that raises more money than any other athletic fundraising event in the country.
Greg Arnette, Founder & CTO
Greg is responsible for product vision, technical innovation, and engineering leadership. He has been a messaging, collaboration, Internet, and networking expert for over 15 years, and has been consulted by leading corporations on the management and administration of email systems. Greg has created messaging products and services for over ten years, starting with AlertWare which was acquired by Netpro, and most recently IntelliReach, which was acquired by Infocrossing in May 2006. Greg has designed leading messaging system solutions for all communication platforms.
Greg was founder and CTO for IntelliReach Corporation from 1998 to 2006. Intellireach Corporation was a pioneer in integrated messaging management products and services. Since 2006 Greg has been developing web-based information management solutions leveraging open source technology with virtualization infrastructure.
Greg has a BA/BS from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Joe Kinsella, VP of Engineering
Joe has 19+ years experience delivering commercial software for both startups and large enterprises. He joined Sonian from Dell, where he was a managing director leading global engineering teams delivering multiple software as a service (SaaS) products. Joe was also Vice President of Engineering at SilverBack Technologies, where he helped pioneer remote management software, acquired by Dell in 2007.
Joe has a proven track record in leading high performance teams that deliver products that solve complex business problems. He is also a high-tech enthusiast that stays engaged with the Boston technology community. He is an advisor to the University of Massachusetts Boston Entrepreneur Center, and blogs at High Tech in the Hub. You can also follow Joe on Twitter.

Meghan Larochelle, VP of Finance
Meghan is responsible for the overall finance and accounting at Sonian. She has been working in the software market space for over 10 years and has experience with finance managing and accountancy. She most recently came from IBM, which she joined as a result of the Unica acquisition where she was accounting manager. Â Meghan has also worked at the start-up company, Basho Technologies as controller. Â She was the account manager for Cognos Corporation where she directed the operational processes to exceed revenue expectations.
Meghan has a BS from Bentley University. In addition to her accounting degree, she also has a law degree from Massachusetts School of Law, and is bar approved in the state of Massachusetts.
Jenn McAuliffe, VP of Sales
Jenn serves as Vice President of Sonian’s Worldwide Sales Operations and has direct responsibility for Sonian’s worldwide sales revenue. With over 15 years experience selling software solutions for both early stage growth companies and Cloud/SaaS based solutions, Jenn is also responsible for the design, implementation and execution of the company’s sales systems and sales development worldwide.
Prior to joining the Sonian team, Jenn has held leadership positions at Platform Computing (acquired by IBM, 2011) and ClearPoint Metrics, where she implemented cloud sales strategies throughout the global sales, product and architecture organizations.
Prior to ClearPoint, Jenn was in Sales Management at Mazu Networks (acquired by Riverbed Technologies, 2009) and MCK Communications (MCKC, NASDQ – IPO 1999) where as Inside Sales Director, her efforts helped set the foundation for a successful public offering in 1999.

Jon Pilkington, VP of Marketing and Product Management
Jon is responsible for marketing, product management and support. With over 25 years of experience in the software industry, Jon also brings 15 years executive leadership to Sonian. Most recently Jon was the VP of Sales and Marketing of Metatomix, a provider of semantic based applications acquired by Versata, Inc. Prior to joining Metatomix, Jon spent 12 years at Cognos in a variety of executive level roles, including Vice President of Global Sales Operations, VP Global Pre-Sales operations, VP Product Management, VP Professional Services and VP of Field Marketing. During this tenure at Cognos, Cognos grew from $150M to nearly $1B. He has also held several other leadership positions and has won numerous internal and external awards, including the Mass Technology CXO of the year award in 2008.
Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University.
